Hadley Designs is hiring a Director of Performance Marketing

Responsibilities

  • Grow combined revenue from Shopify and TikTok Shop to more than $20 million within 18 months
  • Maintain a net margin of at least 15% on Shopify and 5% on TikTok Shop
  • Ensure return on ad spend (ROAS) remains at or above 2.0 for Meta and 3.5 for TikTok Shop
  • Launch one new high-converting, bundle-based sales funnel each month
  • Drive at least 25% of Shopify revenue through email and SMS marketing
  • Assume full ownership of ecommerce strategy, systems, team, and results to free the CEO from day-to-day execution
  • Test over 100 ad creatives weekly across Meta and TikTok platforms
  • Optimize paid traffic performance to meet strict ROAS benchmarks
  • Collaborate with affiliate and user-generated content teams to scale top-performing creative assets
  • Stay updated on platform developments, ad formats, and policy changes across key channels
  • Coordinate product launches with Amazon to generate halo effects
  • Launch a new educational outcome-focused, bundle-based funnel every month
  • Weekly optimization of conversion rate, average order value, customer acquisition cost, lifetime value, upsells, and funnel economics
  • Manage and improve homepage, product pages, and collection layouts
  • Revise and relaunch underperforming funnels using improved hooks and offers
  • Lead major seasonal campaigns such as Back-to-School and Holiday promotions
  • Create and maintain standard operating procedures and testing roadmaps for all funnels
  • Lead lifecycle marketing initiatives using Klaviyo and Postscript
  • Optimize key customer journey flows including welcome series, cart recovery, post-purchase, and win-back sequences
  • Design customer progression paths from entry-level products to higher-tier offerings
  • Develop blog and SEO strategy to grow organic traffic centered on educational content
  • Review weekly profit and loss statements for both Shopify and TikTok Shop
  • Analyze key performance metrics including AOV, CVR, CAC, LTV, ROAS, gross profit to CAC ratio, and revenue by lifecycle stage
  • Produce weekly performance scorecards and monthly strategic growth plans
  • Forecast future performance and identify key drivers for scalable growth
