Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is hiring a Director of Partner Marketing to own and drive a global partner marketing strategy within a fast-paced environment. This strategic leadership role involves leading cross-functional initiatives to grow partner-sourced pipeline and increase ecosystem engagement.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute a comprehensive global partner marketing strategy aligned with business and partner objectives.
- Build and manage joint GTM campaigns and co-branded initiatives with key partners including VARs, MSSPs, GSIs, cloud providers, and tech alliances.
- Lead the creation and deployment of partner enablement content, tools, and roadshows to ensure effective positioning and sales readiness.
- Plan and implement partner-led and partner-influenced demand generation campaigns that boost qualified pipeline and deal velocity.
- Coordinate and oversee presence at partner sales kickoffs and jointly-led field events across regions.
- Design and manage a structured communication strategy for partners, including newsletters, program updates, and new collateral rollouts.
- Track, analyze, and report on KPIs such as ROI, deal registration, partner engagement, and campaign performance.
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing.
- At least 7 years focused on partner or channel marketing within enterprise SaaS or cybersecurity.
- Demonstrated success in designing and scaling partner programs that deliver measurable revenue and pipeline.
- Deep knowledge of partner ecosystems (VARs, MSSPs, GSIs, marketplaces, technology alliances).
- Ability to align cross-functional stakeholders across sales, product marketing, and partner teams.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly analytical with a data-first approach to decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
