Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors was looking for a Staff Success Manager

Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is hiring a Staff Success Manager to champion the employee experience from initial placement through ongoing career development. This pivotal role focuses on ensuring high satisfaction and retention by providing dedicated support and fostering a positive, values-driven environment for our team.

What You'll Do

  • Prepare staff for client interviews to boost readiness and confidence.
  • Lead onboarding and welcome programs for new hires, ensuring smooth transitions.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups to monitor staff performance, engagement, and well-being.
  • Serve as the primary contact for staff concerns, providing timely and empathetic support.
  • Develop and implement internal engagement activities and staff support initiatives.
  • Collaborate with client managers to quickly identify and resolve any issues.
  • Uphold company values and standards across all staff placements.
  • Track and report on staff experience metrics including retention and satisfaction.
  • Manage communication and support for a portfolio of approximately 100 staff members.

What We're Looking For

  • Filipino citizenship and residency in the Philippines (this role is remote but candidates must meet this criteria).
  • Excellent communication skills with a warm, supportive tone.
  • Strong multitasking and people management capabilities across different time zones.
  • Proactive problem solver with decisive judgment.
  • Empathetic yet firm, maintaining high standards and staff accountability.
  • Highly organized, responsive, and committed to promoting staff success and happiness.
  • Home office setup with: High-quality headset and webcam, Stable internet connection (25 Mbps minimum), Modern computer system (Windows 10/macOS Monterey or later), Quiet, distraction-free workspace, Backup plan for power/internet interruptions.
