Valatam is seeking a Director of Operations (Hospitality) to oversee all day-to-day operations across our portfolio of luxury vacation rentals. This senior leadership role is central to ensuring operational excellence across staffing, property readiness, vendor coordination, and the overall guest experience.
What You'll Do
- Oversee daily operations across property Caretaking & Maintenance.
- Oversee Guest Support and Customer Experience functions.
- Serve as the primary operational escalation point.
- Ensure homes are consistently 5-star guest-ready.
- Recruit, interview, and hire team members aligned with company culture.
- Lead department managers, coordinators, and field teams.
- Oversee vendor and service provider coordination.
- Implement quality assurance inspections and documentation standards.
- Monitor guest satisfaction metrics and response times.
- Track KPIs related to readiness, staffing, and service quality.
What We're Looking For
- 4 – 8 years of experience in operations leadership.
- Typical schedule Monday–Friday; flexibility required, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
