Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is hiring a Director of Lifecycle Marketing to provide strategic leadership for data-driven engagement and retention. In this remote role, you will design and execute automated, personalized marketing strategies to optimize the customer journey and drive sustainable growth for our mission-driven work.
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement comprehensive lifecycle marketing strategies to enhance engagement and retention.
- Design, launch, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messaging.
- Manage promotions and referral initiatives that drive sustainable growth and user activation.
- Map key lifecycle moments to improve onboarding, activation, and advocacy for members and hosts.
- Analyze marketing performance data to extract actionable insights and refine strategies.
- Lead A/B testing and experimentation to continuously improve engagement metrics.
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and data teams to advance automation and personalization efforts.
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of experience in lifecycle or retention marketing with a strong strategic focus.
- Proven ability to create and execute data-driven customer engagement strategies.
- Proficiency with marketing automation tools, CRM platforms, and analytics software.
- Expertise in managing campaigns across email, SMS, push, and in-app channels.
- Experience working collaboratively in cross-functional teams including product and engineering.
- Strong analytical mindset and passion for testing and learning new marketing approaches.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to guide projects and motivate teams.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with marketplace, fintech, or real estate industries is a plus.
