Responsibilities
- Establish a tiered creator portfolio by year-end with 10 to 15 macro influencers, 30 to 40 mid-tier, and over 50 micro influencers
- Identify and engage creators across health, longevity, fitness, biohacking, fertility, women's health, and cognitive performance niches
- Secure exclusive agreements with 10 to 15 top-matched creators in the space
- Transition all partnerships to a hybrid compensation model combining base fees with performance incentives and built-in whitelisting rights
- Restrict flat-fee arrangements to only the most elite brand-aligned creators
- Negotiate terms directly with creator representatives including agents, legal counsel, and management teams
- Collaborate with creative strategy leads to develop compelling, persona-based scripts designed for high engagement
- Develop a comprehensive script playbook identifying the most effective hooks, formats, and messaging angles for conversion
- Ensure all creator agreements include paid media rights for content reuse
- Work alongside the media lead to convert influencer content into paid advertising campaigns on Meta and YouTube platforms
- Track and optimize customer acquisition cost by individual creator, content format, and audience segment
- Produce a monthly profit and loss statement for the creator program
- Conduct quarterly analysis on customer retention from influencer-driven acquisitions
- Scale the team by hiring key roles including an influencer manager, partnerships coordinator, and contract operations support
