TradeCentric is seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Financial Planning and Analysis. You will lead our financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analytical processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide insights and support the company's growth.
What You'll Do
- Develop and lead the annual budgeting process in collaboration with department heads.
- Provide accurate, timely financial forecasts and conduct variance analysis to identify key performance drivers.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and execute financial strategies, offering insights to optimize performance.
- Generate regular financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for executive leadership, the board, and lenders.
- Work closely with various departments to understand financial needs and ensure accurate reporting.
- Collaborate with the executive leadership team to evaluate ROI, optimize spend, and identify financial risks.
- Monitor market trends and assess their impact on financial performance.
- Lead sourcing, evaluation, and execution of potential M&A opportunities.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
- 2+ years of experience in investment banking.
- Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, financial modeling software, Salesforce, QuickBooks).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Nice to Have
- MBA or CFA.
- Prior experience working within a private equity-backed company.
- Prior work experience within a SaaS organization.
- Experience using Python and LLMs to design and build data pipelines, API integrations, and workflow automations across Finance and GTM tooling.
