Lead the end-to-end financial function for a purpose-driven healthcare organization, overseeing planning, accounting, treasury, and tax operations. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will play a central role in shaping financial strategy, ensuring compliance, and delivering actionable insights that support both operational efficiency and long-term growth.
What You'll Do
- Direct financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting in partnership with executive leadership, aligning financial strategy with organizational goals.
- Oversee monthly close, financial reporting, and performance analysis, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial statements.
- Provide strategic input on cash flow management, capital allocation, and multi-entity financial structures to support sustainable growth.
- Lead tax compliance and planning efforts, serving as the primary contact for complex tax matters across jurisdictions.
- Manage and mentor the Accounting Manager, enabling strong performance across onshore and offshore accounting teams.
- Develop and enforce standardized financial processes and controls to enhance efficiency, transparency, and compliance.
- Support executive decision-making by translating financial data into clear, strategic narratives for internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure seamless handling of invoicing, expense reporting, and vendor payments, resolving escalated issues promptly.
- Collaborate across departments to streamline financial operations and support organizational maturity through scalable frameworks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in finance or accounting, preferably within high-growth or healthcare environments.
- Deep understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Proven experience with Netsuite for financial operations and reporting.
- Strong modeling skills using spreadsheets and familiarity with Google Workspace.
- Experience managing remote or distributed teams in a fully remote setting.

Preferred Qualifications
- CPA certification.
- Experience with Ramp, Bill.com, or similar financial platforms.
- Background operating in multi-entity corporate structures.
