Requirements
- CPA with at least 8 years of experience, primarily in public accounting serving diverse clients
- Deep familiarity with cloud-based accounting platforms such as Xero, QBO, Sage, or Netsuite
- Proven ability to lead teams, mentor professionals, and foster development
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity and timeliness
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to meeting deadlines
- Experienced in project, task, or practice management software
- Comfortable working fully remotely and navigating digital collaboration tools
- Committed to confidentiality and ethical handling of sensitive financial data
- Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and problem-solving
