Beacon Biosignals is hiring a Director of Business Development, Southwest to lead our enterprise sales efforts. You will focus on resolving the greatest challenges for hospitals and health systems using our evidence-based solutions. This is a remote role dedicated to expanding our presence across the Southwest territory.
What You'll Do
- Identify and prioritize optimal healthcare organizations with significant challenges that align with our solutions.
- Navigate complex health systems to contact healthcare executives, including CQO, CMO, CEO, and CFO, arranging discussions and sales demonstrations.
- Achieve individual quotas for new business and pipeline development.
- Manage a diligent follow-up process to close business, documenting progress in Salesforce weekly.
- Closely follow industry and market trends to effectively communicate our solutions' value propositions.
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of enterprise sales experience within healthcare tech, pharma, or software sales.
- Extensive experience selling into enterprises and influencing key C-Suite decision makers.
- Evidence of outstanding sales performance, including exceeding quotas and winning sales awards.
- Growth company DNA, with experience in small company environments and a hands-on, detail-oriented approach.
- Passion for Beacon Biosignals' mission and value.
- Ability to travel to client locations as necessary, approximately 50% travel once permitted.
