Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to expand our client base and generate new business opportunities
- Identify and engage with key decision-makers within the life sciences sector
- Build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients across functional areas in matrixed complex organizations by understanding their unique needs and offering tailored solutions
- Lead without authority, driving and influencing cross functional teams including marketing, product, and customer success, to deliver results
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive outreach and strategic account management
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of industry trends, competitor landscape, and emerging technologies to inform sales strategy
- Represent Dandelion Health at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field
- 5+ years of proven experience in B2B sales for the life sciences sectors
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building a robust sales pipeline
- Strong understanding of the AI development, medical device, and life sciences industries
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team
