Lead the analytical strategy for a high-growth financial services organization by shaping how performance is measured, modeled, and improved. As Director of Analytics & Performance Measurement, you will be responsible for transforming data into trusted insights that directly influence executive decisions across Marketing, Sales, and Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and deploy optimization models that guide marketing spend allocation, balancing lead acquisition cost, quality, and operational capacity to maximize profitability.
- Develop and maintain core forecasting models for revenue, volume, and profitability used in corporate planning and executive reporting.
- Partner with Marketing to evaluate lead sourcing strategies through quantitative analysis, focusing on the relationship between cost per lead and funded loan outcomes.
- Lead enterprise-wide post-mortem analyses to assess the impact of major business initiatives, ensuring strategies are validated by data.
- Evaluate customer experience improvements by measuring changes in conversion rates and funded loan volume, providing clear evidence of financial impact.
- Standardize performance metrics across departments, ensuring KPIs are consistent, accurate, and based on reliable, well-documented methodologies.
Qualifications
- Degree in Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of five years of direct experience in Mortgage, Lending, or FinTech, with strong familiarity with loan lifecycle dynamics and financial statements.
- Proven expertise in SQL and data visualization platforms such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Ability to communicate complex analytical findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders and influence strategic direction.
