What You'll Do
Shape the end-to-end data vision by designing infrastructure, modeling systems, and delivering insights that directly influence product and business decisions. You'll lead the development of real-time analytics pipelines and machine learning models that power key operational workflows.
Build and guide a compact team of data professionals, fostering technical growth and ownership. Work directly with Product, Finance, and Engineering teams to embed data-driven practices into core processes, ensuring insights are actionable and timely.
Take full responsibility for data architecture and system reliability, from ingestion to reporting. You'll make decisions that balance innovation with stability, ensuring scalability as the organization grows.
Requirements
- 5–6 years of experience in data science, engineering, or analytics roles with tangible impact
- Proven experience leading or mentoring small teams (2–5 members) in agile, fast-moving environments
- Strong programming skills in Python or R, with advanced proficiency in SQL
- Deep understanding of predictive modeling, data pipeline design, and analytics infrastructure
- Experience with modern BI platforms such as Looker, Metabase, Power BI, or Tableau
- Track record of collaborating across technical and non-technical teams to deliver data solutions
- Demonstrated initiative, autonomy, and ownership—comfortable driving projects from concept to completion
Work Environment
This is a remote role open to candidates in Egypt, Uzbekistan, and Pakistan. Work follows a Sunday–Thursday schedule, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Saudi Arabian Time. The culture emphasizes building, rapid iteration, and personal accountability within a lean, agile framework.
