Samsung Electronics Canada is looking for a Director, Mobile B2B Carrier Strategy & Business Operations to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and communicating strategic plans for our B2B Carrier sales teams. Your work will focus on building trusted relationships, conducting in-depth research and analysis to create strategic playbooks, and driving market share, sales, and profitability.
What You'll Do
- Develop clear, data-backed strategies and action plans to drive market share, sales, and profitability for all Samsung B2B Carrier Sales Teams.
- Build competitive strategy by collecting and analyzing intelligence to inform Samsung's Carrier B2B approach.
- Identify and analyze critical trends, threats, disruptors, and opportunities, mapping out recommendations for how to respond.
- Collaborate across cross-functional team leadership to gain alignment on strategy and oversee implementation.
- Develop presentations to support executive meetings and workshops across all organizational levels.
- Lead quarterly business reviews focused on performance and actionable outcomes to improve the business, maximize revenue, and deliver strong profitable results.
- Act as the liaison between B2B Direct Sales Teams and Samsung Carrier B2B Sales teams to increase Enterprise and Government account sales and create synergies.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 12+ years of experience building winning U.S. strategies in tech, with an understanding of B2B sales channels, business planning, and marketing in a mobility-related or similar business.
- Experience establishing relationships and working at the 'C-level'.
- Proven experience achieving results in defined timeframes with ambitious objectives.
- Demonstrated skills to interact with executives at all levels within large organizations.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills with customers, internal peers, staff, and vendors.
- Ability to quickly absorb, internalize, syndicate, and synthesize critical insights to develop business situation analysis and formulate solutions.
- Ability to develop sales and business objectives, make decisions, and influence team direction.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, written, verbal communication, and presentation skills.
- Advanced knowledge and skills in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
