Position Overview: Director, MidMarket Sales, Central Region
You will drive team performance, reporting directly to the VP of Sales and collaborating cross-functionally with Solution Consultants, Customer Success, Marketing, and Sales Operations teams.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Mid-Market Account Executives team
- Manage daily activities, deal/pipeline inspection, and performance monitoring
- Meet/exceed outlined managerial metrics
- Develop team through strategic recruiting and development
- Drive operational excellence via process innovation
- Proactively implement sales cycle improvements
- Demonstrate strong organizational and prioritization skills
Qualifications:
- B.A./B.S. in Business, Finance, Marketing, or equivalent
- 3-4+ years sales management in high-tech SaaS startup
- 5+ years quota-carrying B2B enterprise software sales
- Enterprise email marketing/marketing automation experience preferred
- Proven quota achievement track record
- Salesforce.com and CRM platform expertise
- Startup environment team player

Annual compensation range: $345,000 - $430,000, including base salary and variable pay, with comprehensive benefits package.
