Oscilar is hiring a Director, Mid Market Sales

About the Role

Oscilar is looking for a Director, Mid Market Sales to lead our corporate business unit's growth. Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, you will build and develop a team of Account Executives in a fast-paced environment, directly impacting team development and exceeding revenue goals. Your leadership will be central to our mission of making the digital world safer by protecting online transactions.

What You'll Do

  • Hire, train, and develop an accomplished team of full cycle Mid-Market Account Executives.
  • Identify and make recommendations for improvement in the areas of process, efficiency and productivity.
  • Assist your team throughout their sales cycles to help them land and expand accounts.
  • Regularly report on both team and individual results.

What We're Looking For

  • A minimum of 3 years experience building and managing a high performing sales team in a relevant domain.
  • Previous experience managing a Mid-Market sales team.
  • Successful track record of quota achievement – both as a manager and as an individual contributor.
  • Experience selling to high value accounts as an individual contributor or manager.
  • Previous experience recruiting, retaining, and developing a team from the ground up.
  • Experience managing and improving full cycle account executive KPIs.
  • High degree of business acumen and understanding of how revenue leaders think.

Team & Environment

You will lead and develop a team of Account Executives, reporting to the Vice President of Sales. You'll work alongside mission-driven teams from companies like Meta, Uber, Citi, and Confluent, empowered to take ownership and make an impact.
