Position Overview: Director, MidMarket Sales, Central Region You will drive team performance, reporting directly to the VP of Sales while collaborating cross-functionally with Solution Consultants, Customer Success, Marketing, and Sales Operations teams. Responsibilities: - Provide directional leadership for Mid-Market Account Executives - Manage daily activities, deal/pipeline inspections, and team performance - Consistently meet outlined management metrics - Build team strength through strategic recruiting and development - Drive operational excellence via process innovation and technological tools - Proactively develop strategies to optimize sales cycles - Demonstrate strong organizational and prioritization skills Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or equivalent experience - 3-4+ years of sales management in high-tech startup SaaS environments - 5+ years of quota-carrying B2B enterprise software sales experience - Preferred experience in digital marketing and marketing automation solutions - Proven track record of consistently exceeding quotas - Strong Salesforce and CRM platform expertise - Collaborative startup environment team player - Exceptional communication and inspirational leadership skills Perks & Benefits: - Paid parental leave - Competitive compensation and equity - Comprehensive insurance coverage - Balance Days - Fertility and adoption assistance - Paid sabbatical - Flexible PTO - Monthly wellness and professional development allowances - Commuter benefits - Complete laptop workstation Compensation Range: $345,000 - $430,000 annually, including base salary and variable target pay.
