Shape media strategy for high-impact B2B organizations by leading client engagements focused on measurable business growth. In this role, you'll design and oversee integrated paid media programs that span demand generation and brand development, tailored to complex sales cycles and account-based objectives.
Strategic Leadership
Direct media planning and execution for enterprise and mid-market clients with substantial monthly ad investments. You'll define roadmap direction, support retention efforts, and ensure strategies are tightly aligned with client revenue goals. Your work will bridge marketing initiatives with sales outcomes, translating CRM insights into actionable media plans.
Integrated Campaign Development
Architect cross-channel strategies using paid search, LinkedIn, programmatic, YouTube, ABM, and affiliate channels. You’ll align tactics with buyer personas, account segmentation, and funnel stages to maximize relevance and conversion. Leverage intent data and performance analytics to refine targeting and improve lead quality over time.
Performance & Collaboration
Partner with data, CRM, and marketing teams to track and optimize for key metrics such as MQLs, sales-accepted opportunities, and revenue contribution. Apply frameworks like multi-touch attribution, marketing mix modeling, and incrementality testing to guide forecasting, budget decisions, and reporting. Present strategic updates and performance insights to senior marketing and revenue leaders.
Qualifications & Approach
- 7+ years in digital marketing with a focus on B2B performance media
- Proven experience managing large-scale paid media programs
- Strong grasp of full-funnel strategy and account-based marketing
- Ability to turn Salesforce, HubSpot, and CRM data into strategic direction
- Skilled in measurement models and media planning frameworks
- Clear communicator comfortable presenting to executives
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
