Responsibilities
- Lead the U.S. Sephora account business and cultivate a collaborative partnership with retail teams.
- Oversee the Canadian Account Manager to ensure alignment with North American strategy and development of region-specific exclusives where relevant.
- Supervise the North America Assistant Key Account Manager to advance portfolio growth and account support across U.S. and Canada.
- Expand North American sales in line with shared performance targets, maintaining competitiveness and top-tier retailer rankings.
- Deliver robust revenue and profit growth by meeting ambitious sales goals, increasing market share, and supporting omnichannel initiatives.
- Promote brand differentiation and strategic positioning with retail partners.
- Assess risks and opportunities in sell-in and sell-through performance and implement creative solutions.
- Coordinate comprehensive omnichannel planning with retailer and internal teams, covering in-store and digital placements, permanent and temporary fixtures, e-commerce, media, social, sampling, and loyalty programs to maximize impact.
- Collaborate with retail partners to identify market trends and priority categories that inform product innovation and digital strategy.
- Work with cross-functional teams to design go-to-market strategies and 360-degree launch support tailored to retail partner needs.
- Coordinate with education and events teams to align execution plans for core and new product launches.
- Partner with internal planning resources to establish and communicate inventory plans and ensure sufficient product availability in-store and online.
- Monitor overall inventory levels and ensure optimal product mix is maintained by managing order timing and resolving stock shortages.
- Collaborate with planning teams on sell-in and sell-through forecasts and actuals to stay aligned with annual operating plan and latest estimate forecasts.
- Work with visual merchandising, marketing, and retail teams to execute in-store displays, including calendar planning, design, planograms, and inventory coordination.
- Maintain clear, consistent, and timely communication with Sephora regarding visual merchandising timelines, deadlines, and strategy.
- Serve as primary contact for all visual merchandising requests, updates, and feedback from Sephora while safeguarding brand integrity.
- Deliver weekly sales reports, highlight performance trends, celebrate wins, and track product rankings.
- Manage U.S. Sephora budget planning, including promotional spending, tracking, and accountability.
- Support the oversight of total North American Sephora budget management.
