About the Role

Sharecare is looking for a Director, Inside Sales Business Development to manage our business development team and ensure smooth inside sales operations. What You'll Do

  • Recruit, train, and supervise members of the business development team.
  • Educate the team on effectively answering common customer questions and objections.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales to ensure BDRs receive and follow up with quality leads.
  • Maintain an accurate record of all leads and actual sales.
  • Regularly evaluate the performance of the Business Development Representatives (BDRs).
  • Recommend and implement improvements to current sales practices and procedures as needed.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Proven experience working as an Inside Sales or Business Development team lead, ideally with greater than 3 years' experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
  • Excellent leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Sound organizational skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.

Nice to Have

  • Accredited Inside Sales Manager (AISM) and Certified Inside Sales Professional (CISP) accreditations are advantageous.
  • Experience with leveraging sales enablement platforms to support prospecting efforts, managing collateral, and tracking key performance indicators.
