Epiroc is looking for a Director, HR Regional Center of Excellence (RCoE) – US & Canada. This senior leadership role is for an HR operations leader who excels in environments where foundations are being built and scaled while also innovating for future global workforce needs. You will have a ‘fly the plane while building it’ opportunity, strengthening HR infrastructure, systems, and services while shaping HR for the future.
What You'll Do
- Lead HR operations across a complex, multi‑entity region supporting 2,200+ employees.
- Lead a team of 20–25 HR professionals, with 3–5 direct reports.
- Build durable infrastructure, improve consistency and reliability, and modernize service delivery without slowing the business down.
- Manage customer service and relationship management with customers including HR Managers, General Managers of Operations, the Global HR Center of Excellence team, and HR Leadership.
- Present KPIs and seek feedback on improvements in regular collaboration meetings.
