Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is hiring a Director, Global Remote Operations to define and lead our remote-first culture and AI-enabled operational practices on a global scale. This strategic role is central to driving operational excellence and enabling strategic growth for our distributed organization.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute strategies, policies, and processes that promote a remote-first culture and AI-enabled operations aligned with organizational goals.
- Design and deliver training programs to build digital dexterity and equip teams with AI tools and remote collaboration skills.
- Lead change management initiatives to drive adoption of remote technologies and AI solutions in partnership with People, IT, and Enterprise Applications teams.
- Continuously evaluate and pilot new AI, automation, and collaboration tools to boost growth and efficiency for a distributed workforce.
- Track and analyze metrics related to remote work and AI adoption to inform continuous improvement of workflows and processes.

- Proven leadership experience building and managing high-performing teams in fast-growing tech environments.
- Deep understanding of remote work management and best practices for distributed, technology-enabled teams.
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels and lead change in dynamic settings.
- Experience driving digital transformation and overseeing rollouts of AI tools and advanced technologies.
- Skilled in designing and facilitating training programs that foster innovation and continuous learning.
- Strong analytical skills to leverage data for optimizing remote work and technology adoption.

You will work closely with diverse teams across finance, product, and go-to-market functions.
Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation: $160,000 to $205,000 + equity participation
