Cencora is seeking a Director, Global Quality Affiliate Programs to lead the development and oversight of high-volume global Quality programs across multiple countries. In this role, you will provide strategic thought leadership for the delivery of global Quality outsourcing initiatives, ensuring our operations comply with international standards and contribute to creating healthier futures.
What You'll Do
- Develop, implement, and oversee large volume global Quality programs across multiple countries.
- Provide thought leadership for the strategic and technical delivery of global Quality outsourcing programs.
- Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with global and local Quality and Regulatory standards.
- Ensure efficient resource management.
- Manage internal resources and develop/maintain a network of external resources in locations without a current presence.
- Lead, mentor, manage, and motivate team members.
- Implement and drive business decisions.
What We're Looking For
- A university degree in Life Science.
- Extensive professional experience in the Life Science or pharmaceutical solutions industry in a Quality/Compliance based role.
- Excellent knowledge of applicable international legislation for the supply and distribution of medicinal products and regulatory framework.
- Excellent command of English both oral and written.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills with executive presence.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with working with international teams.
- Self-confidence, assertiveness, and ability to identify and offer pragmatic solutions to problems.
- Ability to adjust rapidly to new, unknown, challenging situations.
