Hilton is looking for a Director, Global Pricing to lead the strategies and evolution of pricing capabilities across multiple revenue streams, customer segments, and business channels for its Commercial Services team. You will report to the Senior Director, Pricing Solutions and support Hilton's sales, revenue management, call center, and analytics functions.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with global Commercial and Revenue Management leaders to shape the vision and strategy for evolution of Revenue Management discipline across APAC, EMEA, and AMER regions.
- Collaborate with Project, Technology, and vendor partners to recommend and prioritize innovative solutions for Pricing capabilities.
- Provide frequent verbal and written updates to senior leadership on strategic plans, risk and opportunity assessments, and performance evaluation of pricing initiatives.
- Lead and mentor a team, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
- Define a comprehensive 3–5-year strategic roadmap for pricing solutions addressing people, process, and technology improvements.
- Contribute to vendor management to ensure the successful delivery and integration of new best-in-class products across all business channels.
- Support new growth partnerships to support future-state Pricing and Revenue Management (RM) needs.
- Champion the integration of AI technologies into pricing strategies and user experiences to enhance decision-making and maximize revenue opportunities.
What We're Looking For
- Ten (10) years of professional experience
- Seven (7) years of experience in Pricing, Product, Revenue Management, Analytics, Sales or other commercial functions
- Two (2) years of experience with people management
- Experience collaborating and thriving in a highly cross-functional environment
- Demonstrated experience in solving complex pricing and revenue management challenges through structured analysis and cross-functional execution
- Travel up to 20%

- Experience in Revenue Management (hospitality or airline industries)
- Product management experience
- Experience working on global projects

You will be part of the Global Pricing team within Commercial Services, reporting to the Senior Director, Pricing Solutions.
