What you'll be doing: Collaborate with field sales, solution architects, and developer relations to: Drive the Global Public Sector Industry Business Development plan in coordination with regional Sales and Marketing teams. Provide training on strategy, sales approach, and go-to-market assets. Advocate for and synchronize technical, business, and sales enablement resources across the organization and business partners to drive mutual success. Support sales in partner engagement for strategic deals. Understand regional needs to promote and distribute global case studies, blueprints, partner enablement, and event support. Serve as an industry expert during sales interactions – visit customers, comprehend use cases, budgets, and purchasing intentions. Maintain comprehensive data for internal reporting, including sales activity trackers, management updates, pipeline development, and progression reports as requested, aligned with industry business development plan goals and strategic planning. Provide regional case studies and assets to global sales enablement programs, collaborating with marketing and sales operations. Continuously update go-to-market and sales resources. Develop targeted account lists with regional account owners to ensure strategic account planning and execution. Conduct opportunity reviews for key deals, share insights and feedback with headquarters teams, and support closing significant opportunities. Collaborate with regional leadership to identify pioneering government agencies at the forefront of AI adoption. Represent the organization's perspective in industry forums and events. Create and maintain engagement tools and templates to increase graphics processor adoption and customer platform investment. Provide mentorship and leadership to developer relations, developing and implementing strategies to enhance platform adoption. Identify and nurture emerging use cases and vertical market opportunities. What we need to see: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) from a prestigious University. Master's degree or MBA preferred. 15+ years of business development experience in high-tech technology solution sales. 8+ years of management experience advising teams within a matrix organizational structure. Demonstrated strong customer/partner relationship skills across multiple countries. Advanced analytical capabilities, including market assessment expertise. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English. Comprehensive understanding and expert delivery of key product features, messages, and positioning. Ways to stand out: Expertise in Agentic AI with profound understanding of government operations and local AI ecosystem. Extensive network of government contacts, deep domain expertise, and comprehensive understanding of governmental sales practices. Passion and experience communicating complex technical concepts like AI while articulating its transformative value. Proven adaptability in dynamic, interconnected work environments.
