Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounts payable and travel & expense processes, ensuring precision, regulatory compliance, and robust internal controls.
- Lead and mentor a compact, high-performing team operating across global regions, promoting ownership and cross-functional capability.
- Serve as an engaged leader, actively participating in setting priorities, resolving challenges, and making critical operational choices.
- Advance global consistency and automation by shifting from manual, decentralized workflows to efficient, technology-enabled systems.
- Spearhead key projects such as procure-to-pay platform rollout, banking modernization, and invoice processing automation.
- Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, Treasury, and IT teams to streamline integrated processes and enhance system interoperability.
- Design and monitor key performance indicators to assess performance, detect risks, and drive efficiency improvements.
- Ensure operations support global financial governance standards and are structured to accommodate future organizational growth.

Compensation
The expected base salary range is $112,000 - $150,000. This position may also qualify for bonus incentives and equity awards. Final pay will reflect the candidate's relevant skills, experience, qualifications, role requirements, budget, and compliance with employment regulations.
