McDonald's Corporation is hiring a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis to bring best-in-class financial solutions to the enterprise. In this role, you will lead a team and act as a trusted strategic thought partner, providing financial leadership and analysis to support key decisions.
What You'll Do
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of approximately 5-8 professionals
- Lead quarterly forecasts for corporate functions, communicating expected results and evaluating risks
- Build and articulate financial models founded in operational realities
- Build executive and Board level communications and lead presentations to senior management
- Build positive relationships across functions to enable effective action plans
- Engage with initiative owners to shape project progression and communicate financial implications
- Provide financial leadership & analysis to support key strategic investment decisions
- Build strong processes for budget monitoring, recording, and tracking
- Engage with Senior Leadership to build long-term plans and translate financial implications
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of dynamic experience in finance & accounting
- Ability to network within a large organization and build trusted partnerships
- Strong people leadership and team management skills
- Strong ability to build insightful financial models in Excel and guide others on interpretation
- Comfort with ambiguity and fluctuating deadlines
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and desire to deliver results
- Strong business & financial acumen, including tactical and critical thinking
- Forward thinking and able to anticipate immediate and long-term implications of decisions
Team & Environment
You will lead a team with 3-5 direct reports, managing a total group of approximately 5-8 professionals.

- Compensation: $168,212.00 - $210,265.00 per year plus equity grants
