Priority Technology Holdings, Inc. is hiring a Director, Platform Initiatives & Operations to deliver a personalized, easy-to-adopt financial toolset that accelerates cash flow and optimizes working capital for businesses. This role focuses on working with the Priority Commerce Engine, an innovative platform combining payables, acquiring, and banking and treasury solutions.
What You'll Do
- Own and execute the strategy for delivering the platform's financial toolset to businesses.
- Drive initiatives that make the platform easy to adopt and accelerate customer cash flow.
- Optimize working capital solutions for businesses through platform operations.
- Collaborate across functions to integrate payables, acquiring, banking, and treasury solutions.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience leading platform initiatives and operations in a financial technology or payments environment.
- Strong understanding of business financial operations, including cash flow and working capital management.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver complex, integrated product solutions to market.
- Experience working with platforms that combine multiple financial services like payments, banking, or treasury.
- Leadership skills with a track record of driving results and operational excellence.
Team & Environment
You will report directly to the Sr. Director, Platform Initiatives and Ops.
Work Mode
This position is based in New York, NY and operates on a hybrid work model.
