CenterWell Pharmacy is hiring a Director of Enterprise Data Quality and Stewardship to lead our enterprise data governance efforts. As a senior leader, you will ensure high levels of data quality, integrity, privacy, availability, security, and usability across all business segments. You will drive the adoption of data governance standards and best practices through collaboration and cross-functional leadership.
What You'll Do
- Drive Data Governance activities across Business Segments, ensuring accountability, policy compliance, and data quality issue resolution.
- Work with Business Owners to assign Data Stewards, identify critical data assets, and produce governance plans.
- Provide oversight for day-to-day Data Governance Operations, facilitating enterprise data-decision making and conflict resolution.
- Guide enterprise stewardship needs for training, information sourcing, provisioning, consumption, standardization, and reporting & analytics.
- Enable consistent use of data governance standards and capabilities across all business segments.
- Develop & drive data quality management as a core component of the overall data strategy, establishing enterprise-wide quality standards.
- Drive resolution of data, information, and processing challenges adversely impacting operations or business performance.
- Collaborate with Data Governance Leaders, Council members, and stakeholders on new capabilities, standards, and framework changes.
- Lead cross-functional committee and Enterprise Data Governance Leadership council to orchestrate and communicate data governance efforts.
- Socialize the value of the Data Governance program, including benefits, rules for engagement, and enforcement of data standards.
- Provide coaching and development opportunities to the team and deliver performance reviews.
- Act as a change agent, embracing change and bringing others along.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong understanding of enterprise data governance, data quality, data management concepts, principles, and practices.
- Ability to understand data models, data taxonomy, and a deep appreciation of data standards and data quality.
- Strong leadership and organizational awareness with ability to facilitate and resolve conflicts.
- Passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences.
- 15+ years of experience in Healthcare, Business, or Financial Services.
Nice to Have
- Masters degree.
- Prior data governance and/or data quality focused technology experience.
- Data Steward Certification.
- SQL, Python, Power BI skills.
