Salesforce is hiring a Director of Customer Success Business Operations (Informatica). In this role, you will serve as the strategic engine for the Informatica Customer Success EVP, orchestrating an ecosystem at the intersection of strategy and execution. You will maximize the EVP’s impact, operationalize the global customer strategy, and synchronize cross-functional execution across the Salesforce landscape.
What You'll Do
- Architect and manage the business’s V2MOM (Vision, Values, Methods, Obstacles, and Measures), track progress, and hold stakeholders accountable.
- Drive the deep inspection of critical business health metrics, with a primary focus on meeting annual attrition targets.
- Partner with the EVP to prioritize high-value engagements, lead briefing cycles, and design presentation narratives.
- Design and maintain the operational rhythm of the organization, overseeing QBRs, Company Kick-off (CKO), and leadership summits.
- Oversee global customer interactions and executive escalations, defining measurable outcomes for customer meetings.
- Act as a bridge between the EVP and the broader team, managing the budget, triaging information flow, and representing the EVP in key meetings.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of high-level strategy & operations or consulting experience within a global SaaS environment.
- Proven ability to drive the Salesforce V2MOM method or similar goal-setting frameworks to achieve measurable results.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills and ability to navigate a matrixed organization and influence leaders without formal authority.
- Ability to distill complex business challenges into clear, executive-ready briefings and presentations.
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced, get things done culture where priorities can shift alongside AI innovation.
Team & Environment
Sits at the intersection of strategy and execution for the Informatica Customer Success EVP, reporting directly to the EVP.
Benefits & Compensation
- Salary range: $196,800 - $314,800 annually.
