Responsibilities
- Shape and manage public perception among key audiences including enterprise clients, investors, and prospective hires by refining and evolving the company narrative over time.
- Lead executive visibility through strategic evaluation of speaking opportunities, proactive outreach, and preparation of leadership for high-impact appearances.
- Direct external communications strategy, including oversight of PR agency partnerships, message development, audience targeting, and real-time engagement with relevant news cycles.
- Ensure timely and effective responses to reputational challenges by maintaining up-to-date crisis response protocols and communication playbooks.
- Collaborate with the CEO to expand her presence as a thought leader through content creation, platform management, and media readiness across social and traditional outlets.
- Align all public-facing content and appearances with the organization’s brand identity and long-term market positioning to reinforce strategic messaging.
