Gravie is hiring a Director, Claims Operations Optimization to drive strategic improvements in our claims processing functions. You will be responsible for analyzing current workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and leading the implementation of solutions that enhance speed, accuracy, and member experience.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for continuous improvement of claims operations.
- Analyze end-to-end claims workflows to identify bottlenecks, quality issues, and opportunities for optimization.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to design, test, and implement process improvements and technological enhancements.
- Establish key performance indicators and metrics to measure operational effectiveness and track progress.
- Partner with leadership to align optimization efforts with business goals and financial targets.
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of progressive experience in claims operations, process improvement, or management consulting within healthcare or insurance.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale optimization projects that resulted in measurable improvements in efficiency, cost, or quality.
- Expertise in process mapping, data analysis, and performance metric development.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing without direct authority.
- Deep understanding of healthcare claims adjudication processes and regulatory requirements.
