Peloton is seeking a Director, Creative Operations to lead the operational strategy for our Creative department. This strategic role defines and scales the infrastructure that enables efficiency, quality, and output, serving as the key bridge between Creative and cross-functional partners.
What You'll Do
- Define, implement, and continually optimize the creative operations strategy, workflow, and resource management framework from project intake to final delivery.
- Serve as a key creative liaison and strategic partner to leadership across Marketing, Product, and Finance to ensure operational alignment with company objectives.
- Manage the departmental budget, oversee vendor relationships, and guide the creative technology stack, optimizing for cost-effectiveness and team productivity.
- Mentor and lead the Creative Operations team, fostering a culture of operational excellence and proactive problem-solving.
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of progressive experience leading Creative Operations or as an Executive Producer in an in-house product company or complex creative agency.
- Proven success in defining and scaling operations for a high-volume, global creative function.
- Expertise in managing multi-million dollar creative budgets and developing operational efficiency through technology.
- Strong executive-level communication, organizational, and leadership skills with the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of cross-functional creative and production workflows across all channels.
