Practicebetter is looking for a Direct Sales Manager Deutschland (m/w/d) to lead and strategically develop our German direct sales organization, transforming it into a highly scalable business unit. You'll manage the P&L, optimize performance based on KPIs, and build teams and processes as part of the Berlin-based leadership team, all while contributing to our mission of giving dogs a healthier, happier, and longer life.
What You'll Do
- Lead and strategically develop the network of Brand Ambassadors and Team Leads.
- Transform Direct Sales into a highly scalable business unit.
- Manage the P&L of your business unit and make data-driven decisions.
- Optimize channel performance based on KPIs, CPA, and LTV.
- Work hands-on in the field with your team, especially in the first 6 months.
- Collaborate closely with the Leadership Team, bringing the Direct Sales perspective to strategy.
- Work closely with Growth and Brand departments to create a consistent customer experience.
- Exchange regularly with international teams in UK, Benelux, and other markets to share best practices.
What We're Looking For
- Several years of leadership experience in direct, field, or event sales.
- Experience successfully managing larger teams and inspiring people with a common vision.
- Reflective mindset and appreciation for an open feedback culture (Growth Mindset).
- Strong data-driven decision-making skills.
- Proficient with Excel/Google Sheets and interpreting complex relationships in analysis tools like Looker.
- Negotiation-proof German language skills (C2 level) and fluent English.
- Willingness to travel regularly within Germany.
- Love dogs and want to be part of a value-driven B-Corp company.
