As the Solutions Engineering Director at Practicebetter, you will be a key player in a team that blends business intelligence, technical expertise, and customer service to unlock new business and expansion. You'll translate sophisticated TV measurement concepts into clear, strategic terms for prospects and internal sales teams, while collaborating closely with sales, customer success, product, and engineering.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with client and prospect teams to articulate a clear value proposition and the most impactful solution.
- Translate complex concepts, approaches, and methodologies into simple, strategic terms for internal and external audiences.
- Build strong relationships with prospects and customers.
- Leverage analytical experience to develop data-driven solutions and insights.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert on all iSpot product capabilities.
- Facilitate and help construct new client strategic roadmaps, ensuring timely and accurate analysis that drives critical client KPIs.
- Work closely with Sales and Customer Success teams to facilitate adoption of new product offerings, communicate best practices, and work through unique use cases.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to create and enhance new product offerings and methodology.
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of media planning experience in live linear, CTV, or digital (experience on both Brand and Agency sides is a plus).
- In-depth marketing and brand management experience at a Brand, Agency, or Consulting Firm.
- Experience managing and growing SaaS and/or subscription revenue.
- Willingness and comfort with travel to customer sites, as required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to examine, synthesize, and present data to various stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize, organize, and operate in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial start-up environment.
- Comfort managing contracts and negotiations processes alongside Sales Account Executives with various stakeholders.
- A Bachelor’s Degree in business, statistics, or engineering with a penchant for data.
Nice to Have
- A Master’s degree.
- Deep understanding and experience in TV & digital media, including the relationship between bought, earned, and owned media, and experience informing buy, plan, and optimize strategies.
- You are a self-motivated problem solver.
- You are comfortable collaborating with various stakeholders, assessing outcomes, and making recommendations.
- You smile in the face of ambiguity, welcome managing multiple work streams, and can tell a simple and strategic story from technical data sets.
- You have the ability to understand how to build client roadmaps that enable year 1 and beyond growth.
