Xplor was looking for a [Direct Sales] Account Executive

Xplor is seeking an Account Executive for our Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. This is a 100% commission-based role focused on selling payment processing solutions directly to small and medium-sized businesses. You will build your own business through door-to-door or in-person sales, supported by our team and systems.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct door-to-door visits or in-person meetings with local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
  • Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline their transaction processes.
  • Close deals to earn activation bonuses and ongoing monthly commissions with long-term residuals.
  • Work independently with full support and training from the organization.
  • Self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking activities.

What We're Looking For

  • A valid current driver’s license and auto insurance.
  • The ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
  • The capacity to self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking, with a hunter mentality.
  • Alignment with our four core values, and you are simply a good human.
  • Eligible working rights for the location (country) you're applying for.

Nice to Have

  • A minimum of 2 years of business-to-business (B2B) outside sales experience.
  • Experience in door-to-door sales, merchant services, or a similar field.
