Responsibilities
- Analyze existing business processes and identify digital optimization opportunities.
- Develop tailored digitalization strategies that align with customer needs and market trends.
- Deploy, configure, and optimize Zoho solutions and other cloud-based business tools.
- Support automation efforts, including workflow customization, API integrations, and data management.
- Plan, manage, and oversee digital transformation projects, ensuring alignment with time and budget constraints.
- Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support to clients.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through solution-oriented consulting.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience in digitalization, process consulting, or CRM implementation.
- Proactive, solution-driven approach with the ability to understand customer pain points and guide them through digital change.
- Technical understanding: Experience with CRM platforms and business automation.
- Project Management Experience: Comfortable working with agile or traditional project management approaches.
- Fluency in both English and German is mandatory.

- Prior experience working with or within sales organizations is a strong plus, to consult our Clients on Sales Processes.
