Your mission? Ensuring seamless digital workplace operations through technical support, device management, smart automation, and rock-solid IT service delivery. What you'll be doing: • Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support across ticketing systems, phone, and in-person channels • Diagnose and resolve technical issues with hardware, software, printers, VPNs, Office 365, and collaboration tools • Configure and deploy laptops, manage user accounts, and handle secure onboarding/offboarding • Manage endpoint configurations, patches, and policies using Tanium, Intune, and similar tools • Create automation scripts (PowerShell is your friend) to supercharge support efficiency • Maintain precise IT asset inventories and ensure process compliance • Develop IT documentation, knowledge base articles, and user guides • Escalate complex issues and track tickets to resolution 🌟 You're a match Soft Skills • Customer service ninja with stellar communication skills • Proactive, organized, and able to prioritize tasks—even under pressure • Comfortable in multicultural, dynamic environments Knowledge and Experience • Degree in Information Technology or equivalent practical experience • 3–5 years in IT support or workplace engineering roles • Windows, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and networking fundamentals expert • Hands-on experience with endpoint management tools like Tanium, Intune, SCCM • PowerShell scripting pro for task automation • Ticketing system wizard (ServiceNow, Jira) • Fluent in French or Dutch, with mandatory English skills Must-Have Certifications • Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate (MD-102) • Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate (MD-100 & MD-101) • Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals (MS-900) – strongly recommended 📍 Your location Brussels (hybrid) ☀️ Happy at work 1) A meaningful job: Be the change!
