Responsibilities
- Serve as the main contact and support for the METhodology within the Sales & Trading division
- Update and enhance the METhodology's communication tools, templates, and resources
- Plan and lead training sessions, onboarding programs, and periodic refresher courses
- Oversee the collection, prioritization, tracking, and reporting of digital transformation projects
- Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and consistency with defined goals
- Ensure project delivery adheres to scope, schedule, budget, and METhodology requirements, including change management
- Handle stakeholder coordination, risk mitigation, issue resolution, and progress reporting across project phases
- Support the growth of project management capabilities, expertise, and maturity within the DTO
- Guide team members in applying effective project management practices
- Offer limited assistance to broader business process management and process optimization efforts
- Engage in areas where digital transformation and process enhancement overlap

- Ensure projects are delivered in line with scope, timeline, budget, and METhodology standards, including change enablement
- Manage stakeholders, risks, issues, and reporting throughout the project lifecycle
- Contribute to the development of DTO project management skills, knowledge, and maturity
- Coach and support colleagues in project management best practices
- Provide light support to the broader BPM/process management journey
- Contribute where digital transformation and process improvement intersect
