KPMG Spain is hiring a Digital Transformation Manager to lead strategic and operational consulting projects for clients in the Public Sector. In this hybrid commercial and project management role, you will be instrumental in the growth and positioning of our public sector practice, focusing on public administrations and state-owned enterprises.
What You'll Do
- Lead strategic and operational consulting projects for Public Sector clients, including strategic planning, functional and operational transformation, innovation development support, deployment of new technology and e-administration solutions, process improvement, diagnostic development, and impact and viability analysis.
- Manage client relationships, both commercially and in the day-to-day running of projects.
- Engage directly with client contacts and senior executives of major public administrations and enterprises.
- Contribute creativity and new ideas for defining innovative solutions.
- Lead commercial proposals and business development for public administration clients.
What We're Looking For
- Degree in Engineering (Computer Science, Telecommunications, Industrial, or similar), Business Administration, Mathematics, Physics, Political Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of six years of prior professional experience in consulting projects (Strategy, Operations and Process Improvement, Digital Transformation, E-Administration, Data & Analytics).
- High level of Catalan.
- Strong analytical, structuring, and synthesis capabilities.
- Business development skills.
Nice to Have
- Master's or Postgraduate degree is valued.
- Experience in the Public Sector is a plus.
