Responsibilities
- Offer administrative and secretarial assistance to Digital Technology leadership and project teams
- Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, and prepare agendas and meeting minutes
- Manage official communications, emails, and document workflows
- Assist in processing Commissioning Certificates and Goods Receipt Notes, including approval tracking
- Process vendor invoices, conduct verification, submit for approval, and track payments
- Maintain up-to-date vendor records and assist in coordinating vendor activities
- Communicate with Finance, Procurement, and external vendors to resolve billing and payment discrepancies
- Ensure accurate and organized recordkeeping of reports, files, and project documentation
- Provide logistical and administrative support for meetings, workshops, and office operations
- Coordinate travel logistics and office seating arrangements
- Prepare presentation materials for executive-level meetings
