Evolving Web is looking for a Digital Strategist who will act as the client's eyes and ears throughout a digital project. You will work alongside our project teams to push projects to the next level by ensuring perfect integration of digital strategy, design, and development.

What You'll Do

Work with clients on their overall digital strategy, information architecture, content strategy, and related needs, producing key deliverables.
Ensure alignment between distinct production groups: strategy, design, and development.
Participate in the sales process, including writing proposals and presenting at pitches.
Lead service delivery within Evolving Web, leveraging internal resources and processes.
Research and analyze competitors, identify trends and ideas, and put them into practice.
Elevate our practice through thought leadership via blog posts, internal seminars, and conference presentations.

What We're Looking For

5+ years of experience in a Digital Strategist role, preferably in a digital or marketing agency.
Bachelor’s degree in information sciences, sociological studies, or a related field.
Analytical with great communication and good project management skills.
Keen interest in UX, UI, accessibility, content strategy, and optimization.
Available during Montreal working hours.
Use tools like Slack to stay engaged with your team and contribute to company culture.
Exceptional self-management and proactive communication skills.

Nice to Have

Experience working with public sector and non-profit clients.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English.
