Libertex Group is looking for a Business Development Manager (Vietnam) to drive client acquisition and partnership growth across the region. You will be responsible for onboarding IBs, affiliates, trading academies, and institutional clients while ensuring all activities comply with local regulations.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute a business development strategy tailored to Vietnam, focusing on client acquisition and retention.
- Identify, recruit, and manage Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates, and institutional clients in Vietnam.
- Act as the main point of contact for partners, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and deploy region-specific campaigns.
- Represent the company at expos, seminars, and events.
- Stay updated on regulatory frameworks, competitive offerings, and market trends.
- Track KPIs: revenue, client acquisition, conversion rates, and trading volumes.
What We're Looking For
- Degree in Business Management, Marketing or any other relevant field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in Forex/CFD business development, with a focus on Vietnamese markets.
- Excellent command of Vietnamese and English language.
- Strong network of IBs, affiliates, and traders in Vietnam.
- Knowledge of Vietnam market dynamics, including trading behaviors and regulations.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
