Caleb and Brown is hiring an Execution Trader to join our team. This entry-level or graduate role is focused on backend operations and client support within the professional cryptocurrency services sector. You will be instrumental in managing order execution, settlements, and providing technical assistance.
What You'll Do
- Process manual order execution and oversee automated order execution.
- Oversee liquidity management to ensure orders can process effectively.
- Ensure trade requests fulfil risk criteria before execution.
- Oversee client cryptocurrency deposit, withdrawal, and address testing requests.
- Assist in settlement adjustments.
- Rectify reconciliation alerts from orders and settlements in a timely manner.
- Conduct research on digital currency networks to ensure they fulfil compliance policy before listing.
- Maintain oversight of listed digital currency token migrations across networks and prepare for operational changes.
- Maintain personal diligence in handling sensitive data to uphold security.
- Provide blockchain and internal system technical assistance to the broker team and customers.
What We're Looking For
- 1-2 years of professional experience.
- Entrepreneurial, agile, self-starter with initiative.
- Strong numerical and quantitative analysis skills.
- Decisiveness with ability to process complicated information quickly and accurately under pressure.
