Responsibilities
- Act as the primary clinical liaison for designated enterprise clients.
- Oversee the production and accuracy of monthly clinical reports and insights.
- Monitor service-level agreements and proactively resolve any delays or risks.
- Participate in client meetings, manage escalations, and conduct routine performance reviews.
- Assist in designing solutions for special initiatives such as return-to-work programs and incident response.
- Ensure timely staffing and service delivery across both physical and virtual platforms.
- Handle transitions, escalated cases, and referrals involving high-risk or complex situations.
- Track clinical performance metrics across operations, helpline support, care navigation, and therapy services.
- Collaboratively develop and adapt standard operating procedures to meet local regulatory and operational needs.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to enhance internal processes and client interactions.
- Supervise on-site or regional mental health professionals, including counselors and psychologists.
- Evaluate session quality, identify performance concerns, and deliver growth-oriented feedback.
- Lead orientation and onboarding sessions for newly hired clinicians.
- Ensure clinical staff adhere to organizational policies, ethical standards, and procedural guidelines.
- Facilitate reflective practice sessions, peer case reviews, and alignment with strategic objectives.
- Deliver individual and group clinical supervision sessions.
- Partner with internal teams to improve service delivery and operational workflows.
- Support the design and implementation of new programs, pilots, and clinical service enhancements.
- Engage in knowledge sharing across regions and maintain alignment with regional goals.
