3 Oaks Gaming is hiring a Certifications Co-ordinator

3 Oaks Gaming is looking for a Certifications Co-ordinator to support our Technical Compliance Manager and growing team. You'll work on diverse projects across our multi-jurisdictional compliance operations, ensuring our games meet all regulatory standards.

What You'll Do

• Work collaboratively with multiple certification houses and business units to ensure accurate and timely certification of new and existing games.
• Raise and mitigate risks associated with certification delivery.
• Carry out technical compliance checks according to jurisdictional requirements and communicate with relevant internal teams to fix identified deficiencies.
• Review all certifications received from testing houses for accuracy.
• Maintain accurate up-to-date records for all certified games to be used as a reference by the business and its customers.
• Ensure game certificates and other certification documents are stored locally for access from within the business.
• Carry out monthly compliance audits to ensure all certifications are accurate and up to date.
• Create and maintain internal schedules and documents to track certification projects, associated costs and certificates received for each jurisdiction.
• Create and provide all certification documents required by customers.
• Work closely with the Compliance team to ensure timely requests, retrieval, storage and communication of regulatory approvals.
• Ensure customer-facing portals are up to date with the latest certification documents.
• Assist operational teams with ad hoc queries.
• Liaise with various departments and obtain necessary information in a timely manner.
• Promote game certification compliance within the business and solve problems as required.
• Participate in any technical and business required projects as required by the Technical Compliance Manager.

What We're Looking For

• An appropriate degree in IT.
• 2 years’ experience working in a development or i-gaming environment.
