Intuitive is seeking a Digital Solutions Specialist to execute digital strategies that grow the adoption of our digital solutions, including Intuitive Hub, daVinci5, and MyIntuitive+, within an assigned region. You will serve as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor, responsible for customer onboarding, workflow analysis, training, and support while building strong relationships with key hospital personnel.
What You'll Do
- Act as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor for Intuitive's digital solutions to customers and internal colleagues.
- Perform Intuitive Hub in-services, workflow analysis, customization, and optimization to meet customer objectives.
- Educate customers and manage onboarding for My Intuitive+.
- Monitor and drive customer utilization of digital products and clinical user adoption.
- Drive continuous expansion of the user base by collaborating with key hospital staff and thought leaders.
- Test and troubleshoot functionality of installed systems, identifying and documenting issues for escalation.
- Lead clinical teams through training sessions on system operation.
- Onboard, coach, and mentor new and existing team members.
- Participate in the training and launch of new products and procedures.
- Contribute to departmental and cross-functional projects to develop or improve Intuitive processes and deliverables.
- Build excellent relationships with internal colleagues in sales, clinical teams, digital support, marketing, and field service.
- Support complex customer events involving multi-departmental collaboration and multi-faceted solutions.
- Provide guidance to clinical and administrative teams on the use of the Intuitive Hub System.
- Provide customer feedback to support and product development teams for process improvements.
- Prospect for digital solution expansions and upgrades within the existing customer base.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience with procedural or operating room healthcare software.
- 2+ years of experience with clinical project integrations.
- A background in training clinical and OR staff.
- Knowledge of the procedural or operating room environment.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Expertise in delivering consulting services to customers.
- Ability to deliver consistent and effective communication.
- Ability to discover customer needs and inspire adoption of new solutions.
- Highly organized with strong time management skills for a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Italian and English.
- Ability to travel >75% of the time.
Nice to Have
- An engineering, life science, or medical background.
- Prior knowledge with EMR or PACS solutions.
Team & Environment
You will work closely with internal colleagues from daVinci sales and clinical teams, digital support, marketing, and field service.
