MindFriend Pro is hiring a Digital & Social Growth Manager (Hands-On) to personally drive our marketing strategy and execution. This is a remote, full-time role for a hands-on operator who will independently own social media growth, paid campaigns, and performance marketing. You will build and grow our brand on key platforms, directly impacting our mission to create a global mental health platform.
What You'll Do
- Build and grow our organic social media presence on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Develop and execute a short-form content strategy with scroll-stopping hooks and messaging.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice aligned with mental health ethics.
- Build, manage, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns end-to-end, including structuring audiences and retargeting funnels.
- Run creative A/B testing and optimize daily for performance metrics like CPL, CAC, and ROAS.
- Test and manage YouTube and Google advertising where strategically relevant.
- Set up and validate tracking using Meta Pixel and GA4.
- Analyze CTR, CPC, conversion rates, and CAC to identify drop-offs and optimize funnel performance.
- Build performance dashboards and make data-driven decisions independently.
- Conduct growth experiments and funnel optimization.
- Drive engagement, profile visits, and bookings through your marketing activities.
What We're Looking For
- Proven hands-on experience managing Meta Ads.
- Experience running paid campaigns on Instagram & Facebook.
- Experience with TikTok and YouTube marketing.
- Strong understanding of organic growth strategies.
- Comfortable building and managing campaigns independently.
- Strong knowledge of analytics and tracking.
- Ability to structure funnels from ad to landing page to booking.
- Experience reducing CAC through optimization.
- Strong understanding of short-form content dynamics.
- High ownership mindset with no dependency on agencies.
- Ability to personally launch campaigns, diagnose performance issues, optimize creative, analyze metrics, and improve results without a team.
