About the Role
The Digital Sales Representative will identify and convert sales opportunities using digital platforms, build relationships with key stakeholders, and meet revenue targets through strategic outreach and follow-up.
Responsibilities
- Engage potential clients through online communication tools and virtual meetings
- Identify new business opportunities in assigned territories using digital outreach
- Deliver product demonstrations via web-based platforms
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system
- Collaborate with marketing to align digital campaigns with sales goals
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries received through digital channels
- Track and report weekly sales activities and pipeline progress
- Stay current on product features and industry trends relevant to digital health
- Support onboarding of new customers using remote onboarding tools
- Coordinate with technical teams to resolve customer implementation issues
- Develop and maintain digital sales presentations and materials
- Follow up with leads generated from online marketing efforts
- Participate in virtual trade shows and industry webinars
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Provide customer feedback to product development teams
- Use data analytics to refine digital sales strategies
- Conduct competitive analysis in the digital health marketplace
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in digital communications
- Manage multiple sales pipelines through digital tracking systems
- Escalate complex technical issues to appropriate internal teams
