Sanofi/Genzyme Corporation is seeking a Digital R&D Portfolio and Project Analytics Ops Lead. In this role, you will support the successful delivery of the digital product portfolio by ensuring robust strategy, quantifying value, and optimizing performance. You will act as a key facilitator, coordinating within the vertical, with delivery teams, and across Digital R&D operations.
What You'll Do
- Support the vertical’s strategy, portfolio, and product roadmaps in collaboration with leadership and product owners
- Manage financials, collaborating with Finance and Procurement on budget elaboration, strategic planning, and business case reviews
- Optimize resources by collaborating on staffing allocation to achieve product impact and support roadmaps
- Monitor performance, collaborating on KPI tracking and post-implementation ROI reviews of digital products
- Be accountable for analytical delivery quality, KPI consolidation to global scorecards, and communication to leadership
- Constantly refine the vertical’s operating model through iterative adjustments and impact monitoring
- Support the Vertical Head in facilitating the Guiding Coalition meeting for strategic decision-making
- Support budget and staffing steering, driving Strategic Planning
- Support user success through communication on updates, sharing success stories, and monitoring adoption
- Own vertical communication to the Sanofi ecosystem, leadership, and business units

What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of experience in Strategy or Operations
- Bachelor's degree required
- Detailed planning, budgeting, and reporting capabilities linked to strategy
- Strong networking, influencing, negotiating, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration across technical, business, and finance teams
- Demonstrated ability to work with multiple teams to drive alignment and results
- A continuous improvement mindset, results oriented, and self-motivated
- A positive, service-oriented, flexible team player
- Fluent in English
Nice to Have
- Experience preferably in digital R&D teams
- Master’s degree preferred
- Knowledge of agile development and product lifecycle
- French, Spanish, or other language skills
- Pharma and/or digital healthcare expertise
- Experience in or understanding of Pharma R&D reporting analytics at portfolio, project, or functional level
